The Perdido Beach Resort is a Mediterranean-style resort, with twin towers offering 346 oversized rooms and suites, each comfortably decorated in a tasteful coastal style. Room amenities include: Satellite television, AM/FM radio, individual climate control, direct dial telephone, coffee maker, in room safe, refrigerator, and an outdoor balcony with a panoramic view of the gulf.

Standard and Premium Room Types:
Deluxe - A variety of views, all with a partial view of the beach
Pool View - Overlooks the pool with an angled beach view
Gulf Front - Directly faces the Gulf of Mexico

Suites:
Courtyard - A well appointed room with a pool view. In addition to standard room features, includes a dining table, couch, large garden tub, bar area, microwave, and a king size bed. Perfect for couples!
Executive - Large rooms, perfect for entertaining guests. Call for details.

The Perdido Beach Family Plan - There is no room charge for children under 16 when they occupy the same room as their parents.

• Advance Deposit: To guarantee a reservation, first night's room and tax is required. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your reservation.
• Cancellation Fee: Equal to your Advance Deposit. The first night's deposit is fully refundable upon notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to noon CST on your arrival date. Example: For arrival Friday, cancellation notice must be received Tuesday prior to noon.
  
• All quoted/package/promotional rates are based on double adult occupancy.
• Per room charge: $10+tax per night charge for each additional adult over two.
• Maximum four adults per room / Maximum family of five including children.
• No pets please.
• Check-in time is 4:00pm.
• Check-out time is 12pm Noon.
• Must be 21 years of age to check-in.
