Members and Guests:

The staff of Perdido Beach Resort is pleased to welcome you to our Resort.

A block of Standard rooms has been set aside for the special rate of
$148.00 (single or double occupancy). The hotel has a limited number of King
Pool View, and Gulf Front rooms. All special requests will be honored subject to
availability.

We will make every effort to meet requests for specific room view, bed types and
special requests; however, we cannot always accomplish such requests,
and reserve the right to provide alternate accommodations.

In order to receive your special rate please complete the information on the
following two pages. Or, if you have received a group reservation form you
may complete it and mail it directly to the Resort. A reservation confirmation
will be mailed to you upon processing. Should you not receive a confirmation
within 10 working days, please call us at (800) 634-8001.

All reservations are subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy. Any reservation
cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax
as a penalty. In the event you must cancel your reservation, please acquire a
cancellation number from your reservation agent. A cancellation charge will
not be waived without proof of cancellation.

Pool View room: $171.00

Gulf Front room: $211.00
