At over 8,500 square feet, the Grand Ballroom comfortably affords banquet seating for up to 600 which can be broken down into eight separate sections, with a total of twenty different configurations. The Grand Ballroom is an elegant and versatile space with high ceilings and LED ceiling lighting packages available. It features state-of-the-art technological facilities with advanced capabilities for audio-visual presentations and one of the highest integrated sound systems on the coast.

Grand Reef & Paradise Reef

Grand Reef is 8,000 sq ft and offers space for up to 65 pipe-and-drape exhibit booths or up to 75 tabletop displays. Our professional staff and the support of WAVE Audio Visual Services assure a well-organized trade show. Grand Reef is located on the Beach Level of the East tower at 8,000 square feet of space. Connected to Grand Reef is Paradise Reef, a 1,350 square foot breakout room.

These all-purpose meeting rooms offer Gulf and pool views which highlight a style and comfort that encourage a positive and productive meeting experience. The Sand Castle room is at 2,750 square feet of space that divides into two sections : Sand I, 1150 square feet, and Sand 2, 1600 square feet.

Paradise Point

Paradise Point features a soothing, cascading waterfall fountain making it a popular choice for cocktail receptions, dining, and special events. It offers 6,500 square feet of outdoor space with a built-in stage area lined with palm trees and a spectacular view of the beach. Both the deck and terrace offer lighting and sound packages to ensure your event is a splashing success.
