Effective, June 2020, Perdido Beach Resort is proud to announce the launch of our new loyalty program. The Paradise Rewards Loyalty Program operates under the terms and conditions as set out below.

By opening a Paradise Rewards Loyalty Program membership account using your email address listed when registering (“Membership Email”) to receive and redeem benefits of the Loyalty Program, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions as outlined below:

All Loyalty Program benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by the Company at any time without notice. 

Accrual of Status:
  • Paradise Rewards loyalty tier status can be earned through hotel stays at Perdido Beach Resort over the term of 2 years.

To earn credit towards tier status a member must register for the Paradise Rewards Loyalty Program using their email address as their "Member Email" to receive credit for their stay, and the member must be a registered guest that is paying and staying on property. A "Stay" is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at Perdido Beach Resort, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again. The following are excluded from the definition of "stay" and are ineligible towards receiving credit towards tier status: 

  • Wholesale/tour operator packages
  •  Travel agency discount rates     
  •  Unauthorized family members and friends
  •  Complimentary rooms
  • Third party website bookings (irrespective of  rate paid) and "opaque" channel bookings where the brand may or may not be known at the time of purchase
  • Credit will not be earned towards tier status for "No Show" reservations
  • Stays within a contracted group block will count toward tier status but group rates are not eligible for the loyalty member discount

              
Paradise Rewards Loyalty Program Tiers

Earning Tier Status
Members can earn and maintain tier status based on stays earned over  two (2) calendar year. A "calendar year" is understood to mean January 1st through - December 31st of each year. Members must re-qualify for tier status each calendar year.

Moving to a Silver Status
Members may earn Silver status when their stays within a two (2) calendar year qualify the Member for the next tier, as set forth in more detail below.

Maintaining Your Platinum Tier
Once the Member has reached a certain tier, the Member may keep such status for the calendar year in which the tier was earned and the subsequent calendar year.
